Office Depot by Bruneau – multinational distributor of office products has chosen Out of the Blu to return to presence with the Vendor Live Expo 2022, “Let’s rewrite the future together”. An enveloping, interactive event full of activities: for two days of future-oriented training and sharing, the strategies of the new ownership and the evolution of market scenarios.

⁰¹ Objectives

Live again after two years, with the challenge of enhancing a new identity connotation, creating a communication bridge between the past and the future of the Company – the new Bruneau property. A path that in the two days of the event had the task of staging different moments: the display of the new catalog-products of the over 40 supplier companies present; the presentation of the strategic plans of the new ownership and the exploration of new e-commerce opportunities. All with special attention to interactivity and also to the “green” drive.

⁰² Execution

Out of the Blu has harmonized with versatility and precision a logistical, organizational and productive effort in different phases: study of a strategic and creative communication on the touchpoints of the new property; a related key visual to display online and at the event; an extensive direct communication plan aimed at informing and involving participants; the study and preparation of various setups of the rooms, which involved, in a modular way, many professionals and 200 participants, and culminated, at the end of the gala dinner, with the exhilarating performance of Cristiano Militello.
